I’ve been in the field of Jewish early childhood education since 2008. I earned my B.A in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Creative Art from San Francisco State University. I also hold an A.A from Chabot College, where I had the privilege of joining the faculty as an Education Specialist- mentoring future preschool teachers. Over the years, I’ve also worked as an educator, Mentor, and Family Engagement Liaison at various preschools throughout the East Bay. Most recently, I earned my Masters in Early Childhood Education from American Jewish University in partnership with the Rodan Foundation and the Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund.
As a Jewish early childhood educator, I strongly believe the core of my work is helping children increase their skills in all areas of development while laying the foundation upon which they can build their Jewish identity. I am passionate about building positive partnerships with families while creating safe spaces and experiences for them to grow their own kehilla (community). I am inspired when engaging with fellow early childhood educators on best ECE practices and our Jewish values and traditions.
I look forward to building strong kehilla at Netivot!
